"Measuring Change: Experiences from IFAD-funded Projects in Asia" is an on-line toolkit gathering articles and papers written by IFAD project staff, government officers and their partners in M&E collected at a Results-Based Management (RBM) Writeshop, held in Bangkok in December 2012, and hosted by the Asian Institute of Technology, with technical support from the International Institute for Rural Reconstruction (IIRR) . Given the rich experiences in M&E among IFAD-funded projects in Asia, it is envisaged that the toolkit may be revised and updated every 2 years.
