APR M&E E-training and toolkit

Display Date: 11/7/14

Good news!

IFAD's Asia and Pacific Division and the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) have finalised an e-training for Monitoring and Evaluation in rural development projects.  The e-training was commissioned under the Asia Project Management Support Programme (APMAS).

You can find the training in the LEARNING drop-down list at the top of the page; where you can also find a toolkit of case studies and guidelines. The Toolkit was also developed with AIT through APMAS, in partnership with the International Institute for Rural Reconstruction (IIRR).

The e-training can be viewed on smartphones or computers; can be downloaded onto your phone or computer for viewing offline; and can be read as .pdf files or viewed as videos.

Both the e-training and the toolkit place particular emphasis on measurement of outcomes, one of the key challenges faced by project M&E.

Special thanks to Jagriti Shankar, Angela Orlando, Julian Gonsalves, Tonya Schuetz and Barbara Gravelli for these valuable products.

We hope you will find these resources useful and look forward to your comments, feedback and suggestions.
