A four days Experience Capitalization Workshop was jointly organized by IFAD-Nepal Projects and Technical Center for Agriculture and Rural Cooperation (CTA) on 10-13 January 2018 in Pokhara, Nepal. Altogether, 18 staffs of Nepal projects were capacitated in experience capitalization process where the participants were also drafted the 14 experiences (cases) from different projects during the workshop. The Project Managers and Country Officer were also participated in the first day of the workshop and delivered the key messages of the workshop. One international facilitator (CTA) and four local facilitators were facilitated the workshop. The facilitators were followed the experience capitalization module which was developed by FAO. The participants were learnt on about the experience capitalization process which helps them to capitalize the project stories, learning, experience, case studies etc in coming days.
