Welcome to the Asia-Pacific Network of IFAD Projects and Partners
ENRAP’s goal is increased sharing of knowledge and information for rural poverty reduction. ENRAP works towards this through supporting IFAD projects and partners at the regional and country level in Asia, to strenghthen their Knowledge sharing mechanisms and processes. In addition it supports research in the area of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) for enhancing rural livelihoods.
Upcoming Event:
A regional conference on 'Building Livelihood Resilience in Changing Climate' is being organized by the Wetland International, Cordaid and Ekgoan Technologies, supported by IDRC in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 3-5 March 2011. This conference focuses on the differences in perceptions of livelihood resilience within various development domains. It seeks to provide a platform to key actors including practitioners, researchers, policy and decision makers, donors and trainers from these domains to craft a shared vision of livelihoods resilience.
An abstract of 300 words with a short and clear title should be submitted via the conference website on or before 15 January 2011. Submissions will be reviewed and confirmed by a technical panel.
